Co-founder of Native Avenue (2019), Dain is the head picker across all managed properties
and oversees planting at the Aldinga site. He’s the main point of contact for florist orders and
farm partnerships, including stock trades and lease management.

Owner · Banksia Pod Manager · Operations Lead
Alison co-founded the business in 2019 and brought The Banksia Pod to life. She manages
shed operations, stock logistics, and customer service. Alison also oversees accounts, florist
invoicing, and drives business development.

Devin McLeavey
Flower Buncher · Shed Coordinator
With Native Avenue since 2020, Devin is the lead buncher for mixed orders and coordinates
stock handling and daily shed operations.

Mekhi Wilson
Flower Picker · Farm Crew Liaison
Joining in 2023, Mekhi leads picking, pruning, and processing. He coordinates with farms,
assists with training new pickers, and helps with replanting and farm maintenance.

Matthew Timms

Onboard since 2024, Matt manages cutting and processing, liaises with farms, and helps train crew. He’s also learning florist orders and preparing deliveries. As well as setting up the day's jobs and general farm runnings.
