'Somebody's getting marrrrrrrrriiied'

Congratulations on your engagement!

Very exciting times ahead for you both. We're really chuffed that you've expressed interest in how we could offer our flowers for you.

A few unconventional/farm direct options lay before you so I thought I would simplify and see if it's the right fit for you guys.

You're obviously here because you like native flowers. For that, you have impeccable taste. Because we are the growers, we don't generally work with mixed styles or incorporate soft flowers bought from the market. We love to use only what is at our disposable and sustainably sourced from local farms.
If you're flexible with working with only the best of what is in season, then we are confident we can deliver Wedding worthy flowers for your day.

We really need to know dates straight up.
This determines what season we will be in with what flowers will be available to us to use.
If there are any deal breakers that particular native flowers must be used, then this could
determine if we're able to source for you. I love looking at any inspiration photos you have. This gives me a great visual on what your expectations are, what colours you're drawn to and the textures and styles you like the look of. Pictures can say 1000 words, and I completely understand the amount of details that go into every part of wedding planning.

So let's streamline this together as best we can. From there, I can give you a much more realistic quote of what flowers will be in season, and a general price point for how involved/ or simplistic your arrangements will be. Just because it's for a Wedding, doesn't mean it will be expensive. We're not looking to add on any extra margin just because this event is for a Wedding. But the price will reflect what does happen to stand these flowers out from any other bunch that you see on a ride side stall.
Saving stems from our farms that are Wedding worthy, or reaching out to other local growers that have the best of what we're looking for to use is our main consideration.
Beating the birds to the flowers is literally half of what we do as an overall. Stem length, structure and placements in arrangements are another. And meticulously planning and organising a cohesive Wedding order is creative process of time that in itself is in need of compensation. As well as admin, labor and materials costs.

Whether you want a full, draping masterpiece or a simple, minimalistic showboat, our behind the scenes input to Weddings is seen as priority. Some dates through the year will be unavailable simply with the ever changing of seasons and flower availability. As well as through peak demand of the year around Mother's Day in May.

Weddings look different for everyone.

There's no package I could put together that's going to service one couple from another. So I'm
happy to be flexible with how we can support you with flowers.
Some people are only looking for a bouquet and a few simple buttonholes, possibly some aisle arrangements. Others are looking for Brides bouquets, bridesmaids, groomsmen, Ceremony Arbor, Reception Tables, Cake, Signage table and more.
Let's just start having a chat about what you envision for your day and we can assist where ever we can. We can work closely with your Venue too and once we have landed on a comfortable stage of our planning, I can reach out for the final detail of bump in/set up time/ on the day contact via your host. If it's not a formal shindig and you're looking at ordering a few nice bunches of flowers to collect for a more relaxed/elopement style, we can accommodate this also. Collection is welcome at our flower shed from our Aldinga Property at a time that suits both us and the person collecting. Other things to consider while your planning would be: Did you need bridal bouquet and Groomsmen lapels (buttonholes) delivered to separate locations before Venue delivery?

A rundown on timing for the day so your flowers are there before photographers are ready to snap. Do you have vases you want to supply? Or are you looking for them to be sourced also? Do you have somewhere for the bridal/bridesmaids bouquets to be placed for the Reception? Empty vases, or doubled up to use for cake, wishing well or bar tables?

Payment Terms.
An invoice will be sent out the week of the Wedding once all flowers are finalised and payment must be made before the flowers are delivered/or collected.

Anyway, that's a lot to take in. Have a think, mull it over and we will hear from you when you're ready to look at next steps! Regardless if we are your flower suppliers, we wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your day as you've imagined it.
